Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers based in Columbus, OH to operate a specialized fleet transporting ATVs from a reputable manufacturer to their dealerships. This opportunity is suited to experienced drivers seeking structured freight, consistent mileage, newer equipment, and a compensation package that includes weekly pay, load-based incentives, a sign-on bonus, and full benefits. Compensation Weekly average: $1,730–$1,923 Annual average: $90,000–$100,000 2,400–2,500+ miles per week Top drivers average 12,000 miles per month Sign‑On Bonus: $6,000 total Load profile All loads are round trip Pickup by appointment Most drivers complete about 2 loads per week Typical loads include 2–4 total stops Loads typically carry 8 units Additional pay: Stop pay: $75 Ranger pay per load: $12 Securement pay per vehicle: $12 Equipment Automatic Volvos, Freightliners, Internationals, and Kenworths Fleet vehicles are three years old or newer All trucks equipped with APUs and inverters Benefits Paid time off (PTO) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance 401(k) retirement plan Qualifications Valid CDL-A At least 12 months of driving experience within the last 3 years Willingness to remain out for two weeks or more Must meet hiring and DOT requirements Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
