Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a Kansas City, MO–based fleet that transports ATVs from a major manufacturer to regional dealerships. This role is suited to professional drivers seeking structured, round-trip freight, consistent mileage, newer equipment, and a compensation package that includes weekly earnings, load-based pay, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation Weekly average: $1,730–$1,923 Annual average: $90,000–$100,000 Typical weekly mileage: 2,400–2,500+ miles Top drivers average: 12,000 miles per month Sign-on bonus: $6,000 total Load profile All loads are round trip Pickups are by appointment Most drivers complete about two loads per week Loads generally include 2–4 total stops Typical load carries eight units Additional pay: stop pay, $75; ranger pay per load, $12; securement pay per car, $12 Equipment Automatic Volvos, Freightliners, Internationals, and Kenworths Trucks are three years old or newer Each truck equipped with APU and inverter Benefits PTO Medical, dental, and vision insurance Accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance 401(k) retirement plan Qualifications Valid CDL-A At least 12 months of driving experience within the last three years Willingness to be away from home two weeks or longer Must meet company hiring and DOT requirements Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
