We are hiring experienced CDL‑A drivers based in Lexington, KY for a specialized fleet transporting ATVs from a major manufacturer to regional dealerships. This opportunity is suited to professional drivers seeking structured freight, consistent mileage, newer equipment, and a compensation package that includes weekly earnings, load-based pay, a sign‑on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation Weekly average: $1,730–$1,923 Annual average: $90,000–$100,000 2,400–2,500+ miles per week Top drivers average 12,000 miles per month Sign‑On Bonus: $6,000 total Load profile All loads are round trip Pickup is by appointment Most drivers complete approximately 2 loads per week Typical loads include 2–4 stops Loads typically carry 8 units Additional pay Stop pay: $75 Ranger pay per load: $12 Securement pay per vehicle: $12 Equipment Fleet includes automatic Volvo, Freightliner, International, and Kenworth tractors All tractors are three years old or newer All trucks equipped with APUs and inverters Benefits PTO Medical, dental, and vision insurance Accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance 401(k) retirement plan Qualifications Valid CDL‑A Minimum 12 months of driving experience within the last 3 years Willingness to remain on the road for 2 weeks or more Must meet company hiring criteria and DOT requirements Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
