We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers based in Paducah, KY to operate a specialized fleet transporting ATVs from a major manufacturer to dealership locations. This role is suitable for professional drivers seeking structured freight, consistent mileage, newer equipment, and a compensation package that includes weekly earnings, load-based pay, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation Weekly average: $1,730–$1,923 Annual average: $90,000–$100,000 Typical miles: 2,400–2,500+ miles per week Top drivers average: 12,000 miles per month Sign-on bonus: $6,000 total Load profile All loads are round trip Pickups are by appointment Most drivers complete about 2 loads per week Loads generally include 2–4 total stops Loads typically carry 8 units Additional pay Stop pay: $75 Ranger pay: $12 per load Securement pay: $12 per vehicle Equipment Fleet includes automatic Volvos, Freightliners, Internationals, and Kenworths Trucks are three years old or newer Each truck is equipped with an APU and inverter Benefits PTO Medical, dental, and vision insurance AD&D insurance 401(k) retirement plan Qualifications Valid CDL-A At least 12 months of experience within the last 3 years Willingness to stay out two weeks or longer Must meet hiring and DOT requirements Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) Location and schedule Position based in Paducah, KY Schedules generally involve multi-day rounds consistent with the load profile above
