Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a specialized fleet transporting ATVs from a manufacturer to dealerships. This opportunity is based in Wichita, KS and is suited to experienced drivers seeking structured freight, consistent mileage, newer equipment, and a compensation package that includes weekly earnings, load-based pay, a sign-on bonus, and full benefits. Compensation Weekly average: $1,730–$1,923 Annual average: $90,000–$100,000 2,400–2,500+ miles per week Top drivers average 12,000 miles per month Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 total Load profile All loads are round trip Pickup is by appointment Most drivers complete about 2 loads per week Loads generally include 2–4 total stops Loads typically carry 8 units Additional pay Stop pay: $75 Ranger pay per load: $12 Securement pay per unit: $12 Equipment Automatic Volvos, Freightliners, Internationals, and Kenworths All tractors are three years old or newer APUs and inverters in every truck Benefits PTO Medical, dental, and vision insurance AD&D insurance 401(k) retirement plan Qualifications Valid CDL-A At least 12 months of experience within the last 3 years Willingness to stay out 2 weeks or more Must meet hiring and DOT requirements Clean MVR
