Job Summary *1099 LOCAL CDL CLASS A 53FT DRY VAN NO TOUCH/HOME EVERYDAY AVAILABLE **NIGHT SHIFT START TIME-4PM END TIME- 3A/4A Need availability 5 weekdays, 1 WEEKEND Saturday or Sunday 6 day schedule MORE HOURS AVAILABLE!! We are seeking a reliable and skilled Local Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods within a designated area, ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to traffic regulations while providing excellent customer service. Duties Operate a truck or tractor-trailer to transport freight efficiently. Perform route driving to deliver goods to various locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Skills Proven 2-3 YEARS experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license Familiarity with route driving and local traffic regulations. Experience as a delivery driver, with knowledge of freight handling procedures. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
