Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable CDL Driver and Laborer to join our dynamic tree service team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial trucks equipped with bucket lifts and other specialized equipment to assist with tree care projects. You will also perform labor-intensive tasks related to tree trimming, landscaping, and general yard maintenance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop growing experience in horticulture and landscape maintenance, and contribute to beautifying communities through expert tree care. Responsibilities Safely operate a commercial CDL truck, including bucket trucks and other specialized equipment, to transport crew members and tools to job sites Assist with tree care activities such as pruning, trimming, rigging, and removal using appropriate tools and techniques Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, planting, mulching, and general yard cleanup Support the setup and operation of bucket trucks for elevated work on trees and landscapes Perform land surveying or mapping tasks using GIS (Geographic Information System) technology when required Assist with rigging operations for safe tree removal or limb control during complex projects Maintain safety standards by inspecting equipment, securing work areas, and following all safety protocols Requirements Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record Growing experience in tree care, horticulture, or landscape maintenance preferred Ability to perform physically demanding labor outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong understanding of safety procedures related to tree service work and equipment operation Join us if you’re eager to grow your skills in arboriculture and landscaping while making a tangible impact on outdoor environments!
