About Us Roxbury Tenants of Harvard Association, Inc. (RTH) is a private 501(c)(3) multi-service nonprofit founded in 1969 by Mission Hill residents and Harvard University students. Position Summary RTH is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Per Diem Driver to provide transportation services for residents and program participants. This role involves operating a 12-passenger, or 22-passenger wheelchair-accessible van, assisting passengers, and ensuring a safe and positive transportation experience. This is a per diem (as-needed) position with flexible, non-guaranteed hours. Key Responsibilities Safely transport residents and program participants in accordance with scheduled routes Assist passengers boarding and exiting the vehicle, including seniors and individuals with disabilities Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections (interior, exterior, tires, lights, brakes) Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper fueling and fluid levels Ensure compliance with all state and local driving regulations Document mileage, trips, and submit receipts/logs as required Report accidents, safety concerns, or maintenance issues
