Qualifications Education and Experience: Education equivalent to graduation from a standard high school Necessary Special Qualifications: Applicants for this class must: Complete a background clearance application which includes releasing all records involving any criminal history and completing a fingerprint-based and name-based criminal history records check; Never have been convicted or found not guilty by reason of insanity in a civilian or military jurisdiction of any Permanent disqualifying criminal offense listed in section 1572.103(a) of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) - Title 49 (disqualifying offenses); Never have been convicted or found not guilty by reason of insanity in a civilian or military jurisdiction within the 7 years preceding the date of application of any Interim disqualifying criminal offe
