In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices, ensuring that customers receive high-quality technical support. You will work with various operating systems and hardware components, providing solutions that enhance the functionality of smartphones and tablets Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mobile devices, including both hardware and software problems. Perform repairs on a variety of devices, including iOS and Android platforms. Utilize hand tools and soldering equipment to replace damaged components like charging ports . Provide technical support to customers, guiding them through troubleshooting processes. Assist in retail sales by recommending products and services that meet customer needs. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations. Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques. Skills Proficient in operating systems such as iOS, Android, and macOS. soldering skills for hardware repairs. Experience in providing technical support for mobile devices. Knowledge of computer hardware components related to mobile technology. Familiarity with retail sales practices to effectively assist customers. Competence in software troubleshooting to resolve device issues efficiently. Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively in a repair environment.
