Cell Phone Repair Technician

Responsibilities Maintain and manage inventory of parts and supplies. Coordinate shipping and receiving of repair parts as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor and achieve sales targets and profitability goals. Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment. Requirements: Proven experience in phone repair and technical knowledge of cell phones and other electronic devices. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Sales experience with a track record of achieving targets. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in inventory management and basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in phone repair or related field. Knowledge of CPR Cell Phone Repair processes and systems.
