We need a Cellular Enrollment Representative to drive the sales that help clients qualify for essential, no-cost mobile programs at pop-up events. By explaining wireless options in simple terms, the Cellular Enrollment Representative generates the sales that keep our clients connected to work and family. As a Cellular Enrollment Representative, you’ll be at the heart of Burlingame's events and pop‑up booths. You'll then help clients access a government‑assisted cellular program that makes wireless and phone service affordable and reliable. The Cellular Enrollment Representative identifies eligibility, explains the program's value, and guides clients through enrollment. Responsibilities of the Cellular Enrollment Representative Approach clients personally at events, using sales communication to promote available wireless service programs and drive enrollment. Identify client needs and eligibility through quick discovery questions, positioning the most suitable plan or device to drive successful enrollments. Guide clients through the full enrollment process, ensuring documentation, verification, and sales details are completed accurately to secure approvals. Demonstrate devices in a simple, benefit‑focused way that increases client interest and boosts enrollment conversions. Maintain an attractive event setup that draws sales, supports high‑volume outreach, and maximizes daily enrollment goals. Follow up with newly enrolled clients to confirm activation, reinforce sales value, and encourage long‑term program participation. Qualifications of a Cellular Enrollment Representative A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in client enrollment or sales is a plus, but not mandatory. Self‑motivated, with a track record of meeting sales or enrollment targets. Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in sales, mobile, or high‑traffic event settings.
