This position reports directly to the FBC Operations Director. This position is responsible for all local clinical operations and compliance will all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and laws. Offers on-going mentoring, coaching and training to clinical staff. Assures adequate staffing at all times to meet service demand. This position is the community liaison between DAYMARK Recovery Services and the community at large and is often the spokesperson for DAYMARK Recovery Services to the community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Ensures strict compliance with all professional standards, IPRS/NC State, Federal Medicaid and Medicare regulations, agency policies and procedures.
