Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Director to lead and oversee the operations of our educational facility.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and a background in education administration.As the key leader of the center, you will be responsible for fostering an engaging learning environment, managing staff, and ensuring the successful achievement of institutional goals.This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while driving the growth and excellence of our institution.Duties Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center's educational and operational objectives.Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and oversee financial planning to ensure sustainability.Lead, motivate, and evaluate staff including educators, administrative personnel, and support staff.Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes student success and engagement.Collaborate with faculty to enhance curriculum quality and teaching effectiveness.Build relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and prospective students to promote the center's mission.Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management on program outcomes and operational health.Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements within the facility.Requirements Proven experience in management within an educational or institutional setting, preferably with university experience.Strong background in education administration, with familiarity in strategic planning and budgeting processes.Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication skills.Experience in teaching or academic program development is highly desirable.Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges while maintaining a focus on organizational goals.Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree or higher in education administration or related field is preferred.Prior experience working within higher education institutions is advantageous.Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that supports diversity and equity in education.This position offers a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about advancing educational excellence through effective leadership and strategic management.Pay:$28.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits:Childcare Work Location:In person.
