Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the daily operations of the center to maintain a high standard of excellence. Take ownership of sales performance, enrollment growth, and community partnerships Managing schedules, resources, and overall center performance. Building strong relationships with staff, clients, and the community. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. What You BringWe’re looking for someone who is ready to make an impact and has the experience to back it up. Here’s what we’re seeking: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a leadership or management role. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
