Position Overview The Central Oklahoma Off-Premise Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence across assigned territories. This role works closely with the Oklahoma State Sales Director and distribution partners to execute strategic sales initiatives within package liquor stores and independent convenience stores. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building brands at the retail level. Reporting to: Oklahoma State Sales Director Compensation $48,000 – $58,000 annually, based on experience and performance. Additional earnings tied to KPI achievement. Key Responsibilities Travel throughout the assigned territory to support sales initiatives and customer engagement Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with retail customers and distributor partners Execute and support new product launches, promotions, and in-market activations Collaborate with distributors and customers to increase product visibility and sales performance Plan and participate in promotional events, tastings, and brand activations Develop and implement quarterly and annual territory business plans Partner with marketing to utilize customized promotional materials and point-of-sale assets Coordinate, schedule, and attend events across the territory Deliver exceptional customer service directly and through distribution partners Maintain and update CRM/database records of prospective, active, and former customers Track, analyze, and report sales performance against budget and forecast goals Adjust strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales objectives Attend sales and marketing meetings Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to obtain and maintain an Oklahoma ABLE Commission license Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the territory Ability to lift (40-50 lbs) and move product and stand for extended periods Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills High sense of urgency and results-driven mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Preferred Previous sales experience in beverage, CPG, or retail industries Experience working with distributors or in a three-tier sales system Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools Benefits Medical, Vision and Dental insurance plans 401(k) plan Paid time off and holidays
