Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and growth. Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence, forge strategic partnerships, and identify new opportunities. Cultivate a high-performance organizational culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Represent the organization at industry events, stakeholder meetings, and public engagements to enhance brand reputation.
