About the Role: We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our team creating ceramic paw print keepsakes for families. This is hands-on work in a warehouse setting where you’ll complete the full process from start to finish. What You’ll Do: Sand and smooth green ceramic paw prints Apply glaze and prepare pieces for firing in the kiln Load and unload kiln safely Hand-paint paw prints with fine brushes and attention to detail Maintain a clean and safe work area What We’re Looking For: Good hand-eye coordination and steady hands Ability to paint small details with care Interest in hands-on craft or ceramic work Reliable, willing to learn all steps of the process Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with ceramic dust, noise, and heat from the kiln Team player with a craftsman’s mindset Job Details: Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule Warehouse environment Training provided — no prior ceramic experience required Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs Why Work With Us: At Pet Reflections, we help families remember their pets with care and respect.
