Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Certified Dental Assistant role located in Cockeysville, MD. Responsibilities include assisting dentists during clinical procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, educating patients on oral care, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. Additional duties involve maintaining records, managing dental supplies, and supporting patient comfort during visits. This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality dental care and creating a positive patient experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care practices Experience in Sterilization and maintaining proper infection control protocols Demonstrated expertise in Dental Assisting, including chairside assistance and instrument handling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient care Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage clinical and administrative tasks effectively Certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA) or completion of a recognized dental assisting program Current CPR certification and knowledge of safety regulations
