This position offers an exciting opportunity for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide support to students across multiple grade levels in a school setting. The role focuses primarily on middle school students (grades 6-8) with additional involvement with elementary (K-5) and high school (9-12) students. The contract runs from April 15 to June 11, providing full-time engagement during this period. Key Responsibilities Deliver speech and language evaluation and therapy services to students in grades K-12, with an emphasis on middle school (6-8th grades). Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is required. Valid state licensure or certification as an SLP. Experience working with school-age children, specifically those in grades K-12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and families.
