Essential Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Appropriate professional licensure Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams A flexible and proactive approach to meeting the behavioral needs of students across various age groups Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Offer consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to foster positive behavioral supports Monitor student progress through data collection, thorough analysis, and timely documentation Actively collaborate within IEP meetings and provide expertise as a valued team member This position provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment where your expertise is valued.
