Learn more at www.NashvilleCARES.org Clinic Overview: Our clinic provides a wide range of services, including HIV care, prevention (PrEP and PEP), STI testing and treatment, and overall sexual health services. We are looking for a bilingual Certified Medical Assistant who is committed to delivering inclusive, patient-centered care and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare patients for visits by taking vital signs and recording medical histories and medications Perform phlebotomy and administer medications, including injections Collect and handle lab specimens for both in-house and external testing Support providers during clinical procedures and technical tasks Manage front-line responsibilities such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and triaging patient concerns Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Ensure clinic spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming for patients Handle sensitive patient information with strict confidentiality Respond to challenging situations with professionalism and a patient-focuse
