Certified Medical Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced certified medical assistant to work part time in a smaller medical office with a relaxed pace and friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, recording vital signs, and updating electronic health records (EHR systems) efficiently and accurately Manage medical administrative duties including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and documentation of patient interactions Current certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program Prior experience working in outpatient clinics, hospital settings, or emergency departments preferred Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative support processes is highly desirable Strong communication skills with a focus on patient service excellence and teamwork. Pay: $25.01 - $30.12 per hour Work Location: In person
