You’ll Have Access To Leading-edge technology Opportunities to expand your skillset A collaborative, supportive environment where your work truly makes a difference Minimum Requirements Who We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Certification as a Medical Assistant Strong verbal and written communication skills Current CPR or BLS card (must remain active) Proof of current immunizations and TB screening Bilingual in Russian Bonus Points For Familiarity with dental tools, terminology, and procedures Previous experience in healthcare or a customer-facing role Your Role in Action As Our Certified Medical Assistant You Will Coordinate Preventative Dental Evaluations using tele-health platforms Collect medical histories, capture diagnostic data, and organize patient records for remote dentist review Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through the virtual visit process and answering questions Maintain accurate documentation while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
