Certified Medical Assistant Duties Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance forms Take patient vital signs, record medical history, and update patient information in electronic health records Assist healthcare providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments Administer medications and vaccines as directed by healthcare providers Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing Perform basic laboratory tests such as urinalysis and blood glucose monitoring Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies Provide patient education on various health topics and assist with discharge instructions Qualifications: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) Proficient in medical terminology and documentation Knowledge of medical office procedures and HIPAA regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills This is an excellent opportunity for a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team.
