Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support Safely transfer, reposition, and assist residents throughout the shift Observe residents and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff Provide routine hygiene and comfort care Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment Collaborate with nurses and team members to ensure quality resident care Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented New CNAs are encouraged to apply Compensation & Schedule Pay: $19.50 – $23.00/hour (based on experience) Shifts Available 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions available Apply Today Start your next chapter as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Advocate Healthcare Center of East Boston.
