Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members. CNA Qualifications: Active CNA certification in the State of Connecticut (required). Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred but not required. Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
