Limited to the First 8 New Hires Only! We recognize experience and are prepared to offer some of the highest rates on our pay scale for qualified applicants. Option 1 $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Paid in monthly installments over 18 months Requires satisfactory performance and no attendance issues Option 2 $3,500 Sign-On Bonus + Additional PTO $3,500 sign-on bonus paid in monthly installments over 18 months Requires satisfactory performance and no attendance issues 5 additional PTO days provided upon hire (available after the first 90 days of successful employment ) After 90 days, begin accruing 3 weeks of PTO per year instead of 2 weeks Why Join Concordia at Villa St. Joseph as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA )?
