Description Location: McLean, VA Shifts: As Needed Vinson Hall (VH), a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community located in McLean, VA, is seeking an energetic and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Healthcare team. Vinson Hall is recognized for delivering exceptional care and services to older adults across a full continuum of care, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. This position will primarily support residents in our Healthcare/Skilled Nursing setting, while also assisting in other departments within the community as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing required. Listed on the Virginia Nurse Aide Registry required. Current CPR certification required. At least one-year previous experience in a nursing home, long-term care, assisted living, or CCRC preferred. Experience working with older adults, particularly in skilled nursing or individuals with chronic conditions or dementia preferred Experience working with residents with varying cognitive and physical abilities, including those living with dementia preferred.
