Working at Juniper Gardens Center: Fun Employee Engagement Activities Positive work environment Excellent Training Competitive Pay and Benefits Shift Details: All shifts available, 8 hours Job Responsibilities: Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating Responsible for taking and recording patient vital signs, lifting, moving, and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse manager, asking appropriate questions to clarify situations Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff Assist the nurse with various duties as directed Requirements: Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC Current/active CPR certification, preferred Effective verbal and written English communication skills Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure Compassionate and friendly demeanor NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY!
