Job Group Description: Jabbergym Overtime Status: Exempt Salary Range: $30-$50/HR Position Responsibilities and Duties: Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. Conduct therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, following established goals and treatment strategies. Guide patients through therapeutic activities and exercises to improve strength, coordination, fine motor skills, and independence.
