Job Description Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Use evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functioning, and activities of daily living. Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Engage with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care. Guide Patients and Families: Provide education on therapeutic practices and strategies for sustaining progress beyond our walls. Track and Report Progress: Monitor patient development and adjust treatment plans as needed to keep everyone on the right path.
