Job Description Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design tailored therapy strategies to help them meet their personal goals Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily activities Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their loved ones on therapy methods to encourage continued progress in their home environment Track and Record Outcomes: Monitor patient improvement and modify treatment plans as necessary to remain aligned with their goals Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Encouragement for continuing education and post-graduate certifications Certifications Valid Occupational Therapist (COTR) license NBCOT (National Board for Certification
