Currently hiring OT, OTA (occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants) in the following areas: All regions of Houston and surrounding areas including: Humble, Kingwood, Porter, Conroe, Spring, Baytown, East Houston, Central Houston, SW Central (Sunnyside), Sugar Land, Medical Center, West University, The Heights, Cypress, Katy, Fulshear, NW Houston, North Houston . Therapists select their preferred service area, and caseloads are built locally to minimize drive time and maximize quality of care. Houston Pediatric Therapy is an established pediatric healthcare company that is therapist owned and locally operated here in the Houston area for 13 years. We currently provide pediatric Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services to a variety of settings including schools, clinics, home health agencies, special needs daycares, Head Start and ABA Schools. Job Duties: The occupational therapist assistant assists in implementing occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with the plan of care and under the direction and supervision of a qualified occupational therapist. OTA or OT Qualifications: A minimum of a 2 yr. Associates Degree in OTA or Bachelors in Occupational Therapy One (1) full year of supervised work experience preferred - mentoring and shadowing available for all therapists. Licensure or certification by the state of Texas as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
