Manages conditions based on clinical indication, evidence-based care, cost effectiveness, and assessment of risks/benefits and alternatives. Participates in preoperative evaluation including but not limited to assessment, exam, obtaining informed consent, ordering/administering pre-medications, requesting and/or review of preoperative studies.
