In this role, you will prepare operating rooms, ensure sterile technique, and assist surgeons during a variety of procedures. Responsibilities include setting up instruments and supplies, anticipating surgical team needs, handling specimens, and counting instruments and sponges. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeons to support safe, efficient, and compassionate care.
