In this vital OR role, you’ll prepare operating rooms, arrange and maintain sterile instruments, and assist surgeons and RNs during procedures to ensure safe, efficient care. You will verify patient and procedure details, anticipate surgical needs, handle specimens, and support accurate counts and documentation.
