Overview We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist II (CST II I ) , sometimes referred to as a S urgical Tech II I , OR Tech II I or Scrub Tech II I . The Certified Surgical Technologist III (CST III) serves as an advanced surgical team member responsible for supporting highly complex surgical procedures, ensuring optimal operating room efficiency, and serving as a clinical resource for surgical staff. The CST III leads advanced case preparation, assists surgeons by maintaining a sterile field and anticipating procedural needs, mentors’ surgical technologists, and promotes best practices in patient safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance. This position is on a per diem basis, meaning PD/PRN as needed.
