Your Responsibilities Will Include: Preparing and organizing the operating room to assist in surgical procedures Ensuring sterile fields are maintained while adhering to strict infection control practices Providing the necessary instruments and supplies to surgeons and assisting staff during surgery Managing surgical equipment before, during, and after procedures effectively Monitoring inventories to guarantee readiness for each surgical operation Collaborating seamlessly with nurses, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care Maintaining precise surgical counts and relevant documentation Educational Background: Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program High school diploma or its equivalent is necessary
