In This Role, Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include: Preparing and organizing the operating room to assist in surgical procedures Ensuring sterile fields and complying with all infection control protocols Providing instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants Overseeing and managing surgical equipment before, during, and after each procedure Monitoring inventory and ensuring operational readiness for surgical cases Cooperating with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams for optimal patient care Maintaining precise surgical counts and necessary documentation Education and Certification Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program High school diploma or equivalent is essential Required Certifications: Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification is mand
