We are looking for Change Management Analyst for our client in Edmonton, AB Job Title: Change Management Analyst Job Location: Edmonton, AB Job Type: Contract Job Overview: Support organizational change management initiatives across multiple system releases and business transformation activities. Assist with the development and execution of internal and external change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities. Draft, coordinate, and manage stakeholder communications, key messaging, and change-related materials. Monitor adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, resistance trends, and user engagement to support successful organizational adoption. Identify training, communication, and readiness gaps and implement targeted change management interventions to address identified needs. Lead post-release feedback collection and analysis activities to assess user experience, project impacts, and adoption effectiveness. Translate stakeholder feedback and data insights into actionable recommendations and response plans to support sustained organizational adoption. Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to align change management activities with project objectives, timelines, and release schedules. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying lessons learned and opportunities to enhance change management processes and methodologies. Responsibilities: Support development and execution of organizational change management strategies. Develop and manage stakeholder communications and engagement materials. Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and resistance management activities. Identify and address training and change readiness gaps. Conduct post-release feedback analysis and reporting. Translate insights into actionable recommendations and response plans. Collaborate with internal teams to align OCM activities with project goals. Support continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives. Experience: 5 years of experience developing and delivering communications and presentations across multiple organizational levels. 5 years of experience developing change management deliverables including change strategies, communication plans, stakeholder impact assessments, and training plans. 5 years of experience with written and verbal communications, including business and technical documentation. 3 years of experience translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences. 3 years of direct experience in change facilitation activities. 3 years of experience defining and measuring change success metrics and project progress. 3 years of experience fostering relationships with leadership and stakeholders. 3 years of experience supporting both business and IT change initiatives. 3 years of experience managing multiple initiatives with strict timelines simultaneously. Skills: Strong organizational change management knowledge and methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities. Ability to analyze adoption metrics and user feedback effectively. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. Should Have: Experience supporting both business and technology transformation initiatives. Experience facilitating organizational change activities and stakeholder adoption strategies. Experience measuring and reporting change management effectiveness. Qualification And Education: Bachelor s degree in a related field is required. PROSCI or CCMP certification is required.
