We're hiring a Channel Sales Manager to grow strategic markets, drive sales excellence and strengthen the company's distribution channel partners. Responsibilities: Develop and execute channel sales strategy : Build and scale an effective distributor/dealer channel program aligned with company growth and revenue goals. Recruit and onboard new partners: Identify highpotential distributors/dealers and lead them through a structured onboarding process. Manage distributor relationships : Drive strong, ongoing engagement with channel partners and build multilayered relationships at national and branch levels. Drive channel performance : Set KPIs, monitor execution, and implement plans to accelerate rep productivity and sales growth.
