Gaudenzia's Mission: Gaudenzia's Mission is to promote long-term recovery by providing comprehensive treatment and support to people with substance use disorder, co-occurring mental health disorders, and related conditions, regardless of individual circumstances. This individual is responsible for providing oversight of the day-to-day functions and staffing of the medical staff in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, and Program Leadership. They will participate in facility activities as designated by the Nurse Manager or designee. This individual will assist in ensuring compliance with meeting all local, state, and federal regulations as well as accrediting agency standards. Education, training, and mentoring nursing staff will be a primary function. Qualifications: Education : Degree from an accredited college or university's professional nursing program; must possess current RN license in good standing for the applicable state and current CPR Certification. Experience : Two to five years nursing experience, with one year in addictions, mental health, or related specialty. BSN or Addiction/Psych certification serves as 1 year experience.
