Chargeback Strategy Manager

A company is looking for a Chargeback Strategy & Performance Manager. Key Responsibilities Own the chargeback management strategy and performance reporting for a strategic enterprise client Proactively identify performance improvement opportunities and design A/B tests for new strategies Lead client engagement through monthly performance calls and deliver insights for Quarterly Business Reviews Required Qualifications Deep experience with chargeback management and dispute representation Proven ability to analyze performance data and drive strategic improvements Experience working with enterprise clients and presenting to senior stakeholders Expertise in chargeback management rules and regulations Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and analytics dashboards
