Join our Production or Packaging Teams - 1st and 2nd Shift Gilman Cheese Corporation is a leading developer, manufacturer, and private labeler of premium, high-quality, clean label, processed cheeses.We are looking for team members to join our 1st or 2nd shift.Production team members rotate in various jobs to prepare and fill boxes with hot cheese.Packaging team members rotate in various positions to cut, package, label, inspect, and stack cheese.All employees at Gilman Cheese learn and follow all safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.Team members work Monday through Thursday from:6:00 A.M.until 4:30 P.M.(First Shift) or 4:00 P.M.until about 2:30 A.M.(Second Shift).Employees also work 12-18 Fridays per year depending on business needs.Starting pay rate for Production and Packaging (First Shift) is $18.50/hr.(plus a $2.00/hr.shift differential for Second Shift) Employees are eligible for a $.50/hr.rate increase after 90 days of employment New hires are also eligible for a $500 bonus after (3) months of employment and a second $500 bonus after (6) months of employment!
