Shred Operator (AM Shift) - Burnett Dairy Cooperative (Grantsburg, WI) Burnett Dairy Cooperative is hiring a dependable and hardworking Shred Operator for our AM production shift.If you like staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team that keeps things moving, this is a solid opportunity.Shift Details:Schedule:Monday-Thursday, Fridays as needed not often Hours:5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay:$17.50 per hour What You'll Do:Pull cheese for production Operate shred machinery Remove bags from the conveyor line Package and box finished product Clean and sanitize all equipment, tools, and the shred room Complete required production documentation Work Environment:Cold environment (approximately 40 F) Fast-paced, team-oriented setting Active, hands-on work throughout the shift What We're Looking For:Team player with a strong work ethic Reliable and dependable attendance Ability to work in a physically demanding role Comfortable working in a cold environment Physical Requirements:Continuous standing and walking Frequent lifting up to 20 lbs (occasionally up to 30 lbs) Repetitive use of hands and arms Bending, reaching, and stretching throughout the shift If you're someone who doesn't want to sit at a desk all day and likes seeing the results of your work, you'll fit right in here.Apply today and join the Burnett Dairy team!
