Executive Chef – Italian Cuisine Multi-Unit Restaurant Group (7 Locations) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with strong Italian cuisine expertise to partner with the General Manager Gino Piscopo in overseeing culinary operations across seven restaurant locations. This role is both strategic and hands-on — ideal for a chef who excels in leadership, menu development, operational systems, and elevating culinary standards across multiple units. The right candidate will take ownership of refining and correcting our existing menu, standardizing execution, improving food cost controls, and ensuring consistency across all locations.
