Campfire is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Cuisine to join our dedicated team. ABOUT THE RESTAURANT Led by Michelin-starred Chef Eric Bost, Campfire is a community gathering place, a 180-seat restaurant that harnesses elemental live-fire techniques with a thoughtful and rustic approach to California cooking with complex, vibrant, and seasonal flavors. At Campfire, we aim to celebrate the spirit of our name, in which friends and loved ones gather around a fire to share food, drink and stories. Our culinary approach is reflective of this desire, and our wood-fired cookery evokes a sense of time and place, with the California coasts, deserts, and forests serving as constant sources of inspiration. ABOUT YOU We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine with at least 3 years of experience running high quality restaurant kitchens, an individual who has demonstrated success leading, managing and inspiring their teams, along with a deep understanding of restaurant administration and finances. Campfire is a busy restaurant that typically serves around 300 guests a night, so you need to want to work hard (and have fun doing it).
