Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and service operations. Your expertise will ensure that our menus are innovative, high-quality, and aligned with the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service delivery Plan, develop, and update menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and client satisfaction Supervise shift management, including scheduling staff, monitoring performance, and fostering teamwork Oversee dietary department requirements to accommodate special diets while maintaining flavor integrity Ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams to optimize service flow Monitor food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards and minimize contamination risks Requirements Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food production and restaurant management Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams in high-volume settings Extensive banquet experience with the ability to coordinate large-scale catering events Knowledge of food safety protocols, HACCP standards, and sanitation practices Strong skills in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations oversight Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and manage shift operations effectively Familiarity with dietary department procedures and accommodating special dietary needs Hands-on cooking skills complemented by experience in food service management within the hospitality industry Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Experience with bartending or beverage service is a plus but not required Join us as a Chef where your culinary expertise will inspire excellence!
