Chef / Kitchen Manager

Grampas Pizzeria is looking to add to our leadership team! We are an artisan pizzeria located in the thriving Willy Street neighborhood. We are a food forward concept where we source locally if possible, including from own garden behind the restaurant. Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of previous kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume concept. They will be a strong communicator, detail oriented, possess leadership skills, able to work all stations, and be passionate about food and service. Primary duties for this position are: · Leadership displayed at the highest level · Executing daily shifts to standards · Scheduling and cost of labor · Ordering and cost of goods · Consistency with product and service · Hiring and training new staff · Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the physical space · Prep and prep oversight · Other duties as assigned This is a full time salaried position with a weekly commitment of 40-45 hours weekly as business dictates.
